Teer juwai is an online betting and gaming platform built for users in Bangladesh. To use this platform, you must agree to and comply with the following general terms.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete. teer juwai reserves the right to permanently close any account found to have submitted false or altered documents.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Teer juwai reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold if any suspicious transaction is detected.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT).

Teer juwai regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms, and failure to meet those terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a percentage bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for this bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds generally require a wagering of 10–30x. Each bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirements.
• Duration: Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which they will expire.
• Eligible Games: Not all games are eligible for bonus wagering. Some games are restricted from bonus use.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

In live betting, certain bets may be voided due to network issues or data delays. In such cases, teer juwai will refund the deposited amount.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
• Reality Check: A summary of your betting activity and spending will be displayed at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: A cooling-off period of anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months can be set.

• Violation of any clause in the terms and conditions.
• In the event that fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.
• Use of a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• In the event that money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed, teer juwai will decide on any balance refund following an investigation. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
